They were very nice, but I had called before making an appointment to make sure they had olaplex treatment because that was exactly what I wanted used on my hair and they assured me they did, so I show up thinking that was what she was using on my hair come to find out once she started that NO she did not have any olaplex but she was using something new that the salon just got so she didn't even know how it worked! I was so upset because I had told them I was paying extra for olaplex and worst of all she had already started when I asked her if she had added the olaplex . Let me tell you she fried my hair and sent me home with blue hair when I went in for platinum blonde and all the girls that worked there were like aaah it looks so good! Omg no it did not!!!!!. I wasn't able to go to church that day because of my blue hair! Definitely not going back ever! all tho they were very nice the work performed was horrible..
